According to a report, U.S. Cold Storage closed on a 40-acre site to expand its distribution facilities in Denton, Texas. The company is expected to invest approximately $34 million in the project and projects it will create 67 new jobs by the third year of operation.

In a report from RETA, U.S. Cold Storage also plans to build a refrigerated warehouse and create 80 jobs in McDonough, Ga. The facility will handle refrigerated and frozen products. It will have as many as 25 dock doors and five railcar doors from which to distribute its cargo.

U.S. Cold Storage provides refrigerated and frozen food warehousing and has 38 facilities in 13 states, including four in Texas.
