Available in three wetted-path materials of construction (aluminum, stainless steel and ductile iron) the air-operated double-diaphragm pumps with air-distribution system have bolted product containment. Designed to be direct replacements for existing clamped and bolted pumps, the models fit bolt-to-bolt and pipe-to-pipe in existing fluid-handling piping systems. The bolted configuration has a redesigned liquid path that reduces internal friction to maximize output and efficiency. Specifications include maximum discharge pressures to 125 psig (8.6 bar). Maximum flow rate on the 1” P420/430 is 130 gal/min (492 l/min) while the maximum flow rate on the 2” P820/830 is 161 gal/min (609 l/min).
