Family-owned cold storage company Tippmann Group is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2018. Founded as Tippmann Construction in 1968 by John Tippmann Sr., the Fort Wayne, Ind.-based company designs, builds and renovates cold storage distribution and processing facilities.

Throughout its first 50 years of business, Tippmann Group has built more than 17 million ft² of temperature-controlled warehousing and processing facilities, while owning more than 100 million ft³ of cold storage warehouse space throughout the country.
