Cold Storage Facility Coming to Texas

Lionchase Holdings Inc. agreed to build a 200,000 ft² cold storage facility in TexAmericas Center, an industrial park in New Boston, Texas, west of Texarkana. The $20 million project is expected to create around 100 full-time, permanent jobs.

The plant will include more than 135,000 ft² of refrigeration and freezer floor space, dry storage and blast freezing and pre-cooling services. Construction is scheduled to start in the fall, with operations set to begin in December 2019.
