Lixshooter is designed to keep the nozzle area clear when chilling blended poultry or any other wet product mix. The bottom-injector design ensures positive seal against the inside surface of the mixer to minimize areas that could harbor moisture and food particles. The injectors’ position on the bottom of the mixer, blender or kettle helps rapidly chill products with either liquid nitrogen (LIN) or carbon dioxide (CO2). A dual-cryogen option allows poultry processors to switch between LIN and CO2 in minutes.
