Cryogenic Chilling for Food Processors Focus of Webinar
How high-efficiency cryogenic chilling processes can boost productivity, streamline food-processing operations and help maintain proper food temperatures throughout the plant are the focus of a no-cost webinar.
Experts from Linde LLC will discuss the advantages of cryogenic chilling and how the process works Wednesday, April 25, at 1 p.m. ET. Linde will present cryogenic solutions that address temperature control issues in food-processing operations, particularly bottom-injection chilling, sauce cooling and dry-ingredient chilling.
Cryogenic chilling systems use liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide to chill foods or ingredients with high efficiency. They offer an alternative to mechanical refrigeration and other chilling methods. For example, cryogenic chilling can be used before or during mixing in the baking industry. It can also efficiently and consistently bring protein products to the desired equilibration temperature in the meat and seafood industries.
