The Big-3 product line shares common firmware and software to ease integration, setup and serviceability. It includes the company’s QuadraTherm 640i/780i thermal flow meters, InnovaMass 240i/241i vortex flow meters and InnovaSonic 207i ultrasonic flow meter. The thermal sensors offer a no-drift sensor and accuracy of ±0.5 percent of reading. The vortex flow meters measure up to five process variables (volumetric flow rate, mass flow, density, pressure and temperature) with one process connection. The ultrasonic flow meter provides accuracy of ±0.5 percent of reading from 0.16 to 40 ft/sec (0.05 to 12 m/sec). This is maintained even if liquid density changes as the temperature of a flowing liquid moves up and down over time.
