Lineage Logistics LLC, a provider of temperature-controlled solutions, acquired Wisconsin-based cold storage provider Service Cold Storage (SCS), as well as a portfolio of four leased cold storage warehouses in strategic markets across the Southeast.

The acquisition of SCS establishes a flagship operation in the state of Wisconsin for Lineage and adds to the company’s facility network in the Midwest. Located in Stevens Point, SCS’s spans over 11 million ft³ of temperature-controlled storage space. Construction has begun on a significant expansion that will bring the facility’s footprint to nearly 20 million ft³.

Lineage also purchased four leased cold storage facilities in Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina and Virginia.
