Netherlands-Based Firm Invests in U.S. Cold Storage Facility
NewCold will invest $90 million to build a subzero cold storage facility in Burley, Idaho. The Breda, Netherlands-based company recently opened its first U.S. plant in Tacoma, Wash.
According to a report, the 180,000 ft2 facility will serve local frozen food processors and create approximately 65 to 75 new jobs in robotic software, systems operations and automation.
