Preferred Freezer Services (PFS) opened its seventh cold storage facility in the Los Angeles area. Big Bear Los Angeles, which covers an entire city block, seeks to satisfy the city’s demand for efficient cold storage warehousing services. The building includes 95,000 frozen pallet spaces, 32 dock doors and advanced temperature-controlled technology.

According to PFS, the facility will help alleviate capacity and driver dwell-time challenges that the Los Angeles market has faced for the last few years. This is the New Jersey-based company’s 38^th facility in the United States.
