Webinar Series on Thermal Management of Electronics Starts Thursday

Advanced Thermal Solutions will host a series of monthly, online webinars covering the thermal management of electronics. The first, “Electronics Cooling Fundamentals (The Basics of Electronics Cooling),” will be presented Thursday, July 26 at 1 p.m. (ET). It will review the fundamentals of thermal management.

Other topics to be presented over 10 weeks include thermal modeling, designing cold plates for liquid cooling, heat pipes and vapor chambers. The live, hour-long webinars will be presented by Dr. Kaveh Azar, co-founder, president and CEO of ATS. He has more than 40 years of experience in the thermal management of electronics.

Each session will conclude with a question-and-answer period for attendees.
