According to a local report, a cold storage facility that will create 40 to 80 full-time jobs is coming to Pocatello, Idaho. The 280,000 ft² facility will include refrigerated, dry and freezer warehouse space, as well as precooling and packaging capabilities. Expected to be complete by fall 2019, the $40 million plant will serve food processors, food shippers, freight handlers and agricultural producers.

Lionchase Holdings, a private equity firm in Washington, D.C., announced the company’s plan to bring the facility to Pocatello at an event hosted by Bannock Development Corp.
