Dot Foods broke ground on a $36 million distribution center on 35 acres in Bear, Del. The 188,000 ft² facility includes dry, refrigerated and frozen warehouse space; offices; and a truck yard and garage to service the company’s fleet.

The distribution center has an estimated completion date of fall 2019. Dot Foods will hire up to 125 people in the first year of operation. The company operates two other East Coast distribution centers in Maryland and New York.
