Cloverleaf Cold Storage entered into an agreement to merge with Zero Mountain Inc. to become the fifth-largest cold storage warehouse in the United States. The combined business has approximately 140 million ft³ of capacity in nine states with a presence in all three major protein production corridors.

Sioux City, Iowa-based Cloverleaf has operations in eight states across the Midwest and Southeast. Fort Smith, Ark.-based Zero Mountain ships over 2.5 billion pounds of food annually and manages over 38 million ft³ of total capacity in five cold storage warehouses in Arkansas and Texas.
