Four workers at a cold storage facility in the Rakhial village of Dehgam taluka in Gandhinagar district in India died when an ammonia cylinder exploded, says The Times of India. According to local reports, those on the scene speculate that the incident occurred when the four were welding while gas started leaking from the cylinder.
