Tesco Controls Inc., a control system solutions provider for the water/wastewater industry, acquired Trimax Systems Inc. Trimax is a Southern California-based systems integrator serving the water/wastewater market.

Tesco expects the deal to increase its water/wastewater market share in southern California while Tesco’s manufacturing capabilities will enable Trimax to take on larger projects. Trimax will provide systems integration services under the name Trimax, a Tesco Controls Company. The combined company will have 13 locations in the continental United States and Hawaii.

Tesco delivers end-to-end power and process control systems, from initial assessment and system design, to manufacturing, programming and commissioning. The company also offers custom fabrication and OEM capabilities for most major equipment manufacturers at its facility in Sacramento, Calif.
