Atlas Copco agreed to acquire Eurochiller S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer and distributor of industrial cooling equipment and related products. Based in Mortara, Eurochiller manufactures and services industrial cooling and heat-treatment products as well as related systems used in industrial manufacturing processes. 

Eurochiller, which has approximately 90 employees, will become part of Atlas Copco’s Oil-free Air division within the Compressor Technique business area. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2019.
