SPX Corp. completed the acquisition of SGS Refrigeration Inc. of Dixon, Ill. SGS manufactures and distributes industrial refrigeration products, including industrial evaporators and evaporative condensers, in the North American market.

SGS has been involved with SPX since 2015 to produce the Cube line of forced- and induced-draft evaporative condensers designed to support a range of industrial cooling and refrigeration applications.
