WCS Logistics, formerly Winchester Cold Storage, opened a 63,000 ft² facility in Frederick County, Va. The $9 million building quadruples the company’s freezer storage capacity, according to a report.

The Winchester, Va.-based business is a third-party logistics firm that temporarily stores large quantities of foreign and domestic food products, including TV dinners and cottage cheese. WCS Logistics has three facilities in Winchester as well as locations in Berryville and Front Royal, Va., and Charles Town, W.V. The sites have a combined storage space of 1.7 million ft².
