The AccuPac improves water distribution by splitting the water stream as it descends through the cooling tower fill pack. The cross-fluted cooling tower film fill has a bonded edge with dedicated bond points for added strength and durability. Beveled tips are incorporated to promote drainage at the fill pack interfaces. The high thermal performance and low pressure drop are balanced by utilizing the engineered microstructure design that enhances water distribution and thermal mixing. The cross-fluted counterflow film fill offers the highest efficiency of all of the film fill designs, says the company, improving heat transfer and maximizing overall tower performance. Materials exceed Cooling Tower Institute Standard 136, and select products are offered with mechanical assembly technology. The company’s AccuShield antimicrobial technology can be incorporated as an option to reduce weight gain associated with fouling by helping to slow the growth of microorganisms.
