One German compressor manufacturer continues to grow and expand. As Bitzer celebrates its 85th anniversary in 2019, the compressor-maker is opening new headquarters in Sindelfingen, Germany.

Located diagonally opposite the former headquarters, the new site offers around 20,000 m2 of space and up to 500 modern workplaces. The specialist in refrigeration technology is leasing six floors of offices and using the other nine floors itself.

The refrigeration and ventilation stations are located on the second floor of the basement. Three central refrigeration systems each with a different compressor technology (reciprocating, screw and scroll) are positioned in such a way to provide visitors with easy access for viewing purposes. A showroom exhibition area showcases the company’s history, present and future vision using a variety of media.
