A M King Completes South Carolina Manufacturing Facility

Design-build firm A M King finished design and construction of a greenfield facility for TrueCore, a manufacturer of insulated metal panels for use in construction and renovation of industrial cold storage and food processing projects. The building sits on a 14-acre site in Laurens, S.C.

A M King provided property consulting services, consisting of site selection services within a three-state area. This is TrueCore’s first manufacturing facility and will serve as corporate headquarters. Panels will be produced using the manufacturing technologies with continuous-line equipment.
