Pacific Unlimited Inc. broke ground for a cold storage facility in Tiyan, Guam. According to the company, it will be the largest facility of its kind in Micronesia once completed. The cold storage and distribution facility will provide frozen, chilled and climate-controlled third-party logistics services, including warehousing and distribution, in support of both the federal government and small start-up companies.
