Demand for Cold Storage Up; Meeting it Another Story

According to real-estate services and investment firm CBRE, up to 100 million ft2 of cold storage capacity will be needed to meet online grocery sales through 2022. A research report, however, says that the cost and complexity of cold storage construction could make meeting that demand difficult.
