Investex II LLC, a real estate development firm, is constructing a cold storage and manufacturing facility in Round Rock, Texas. The 125,000 ft² plant, which will be operated by Triple Temp Cold Storage LLC, will house nearly 20,000 pallet positions and is expected to create 60 new jobs over the next five years.

The Round Rock Chamber made the announcement. Investex is focused on developing land and asset management of cold storage and related facilities.
