According to a local report, a Texas-based developer of temperature-controlled warehouse space broke ground on a large cold-storage facility at the Pocatello Regional Airport in Idaho. Utility infrastructure construction is under way on the 280,000 ft² facility, which is expected to open as early as spring 2021.

Frigitek Industrial Parks’ facility will include a mixture of refrigerated and frozen storage, freight services and processing. The company said potential customers include agricultural and food processors as well as growers and shippers.
