Hudsonville Ice Cream will break ground on a cold-storage distribution hub that will span almost 160,000 ft2 when completed. The $35 million project by design-build firm Tippmann Construction is expected to be completed next spring.

The Holland-based ice cream maker broke ground on an expansion of its campus in Holland, Mich.  which will help accommodate its growth throughout the Midwest. The on-site, -20°F freezer will include nine dock doors and a refrigerated dock.
