Cold-Storage Project Starting in Texas

Construction is set to begin on a more than $40 million refrigerated distribution center in Burleson, Texas, according to a report. The 400,000 ft² cold-storage facility is a project of Yukon Venture Partners of Austin, Texas, and Saxum Real Estate of New Jersey.

Fort Worth’s Premier Refrigerated Warehouse has already committed to take almost half of the new development. Arco Design/Build is the contractor for the project.
