A one-hour webinar, “Preventing Hydraulic Shock in Refrigeration Systems,” will explain the dynamics of hydraulic shock in a refrigeration system and highlight the warning signs that may be present before causing damage.

The webinar is presented by Tony Lundell, CIRO, PMP, who serves as senior director of standards and safety for the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR). He will highlight the three types of disturbance mechanisms that can lead to hydraulic shock refrigeration systems and outline measures for its prevention.

The webinar is free for IIAR members, and nonmembers can attend for $49. To learn more or register, visit www.iiar.org.
