Endress+Hauser, a provider of measurement instrumentation and services for industrial process engineering, has upgraded its self-help portal to allow customers to access information and services to solve process instrumentation issues remotely.
In addition to phone support, the My Tech Support Portal contains an online knowledgebase data portal with information on Endress+Hauser instrumentation and applications. Users also can create and manage support and service cases online. Portal content includes articles on diagnostics and troubleshooting as well as product and application documentation.
