Lineage Logistics Holdings LLC acquired Pago Sp. z o.o., a warehousing, distribution and transport logistics provider in Poland. The strategic acquisition marks Lineage’s entrance into the Polish market and adds six assets to the company’s global network of temperature-controlled facilities.

The combined company will include over 1.9 billion ft3 of temperature-controlled capacity across more than 330 facilities in 15 countries. According to Novi, Mich.-based Lineage, the acquisition expands its footprint to an increasingly important market for customers and a region where it sees opportunities to add capacity and implement new solutions.
