Tippmann Innovation is working with long-term partners Sierra Supply Chain Services and Penta Properties to build a $65 million cold-storage facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Upon completion, the 65’ tall facility will include almost 250,000 ft² of storage space and 30,000 ft² of food processing space.

The building is being developed with a focus on energy efficiency, advanced warehouse management and value-add services to refrigerated food providers.
