Lineage Logistics LLC reached an agreement to acquire Kloosterboer Group, an independent integrated platform for temperature-controlled storage, logistics and value-added services in Europe.

Kloosterboer consists of 11 facilities across the Netherlands, France, Germany, Canada and South Africa, totaling approximately 371,000 ft² (6.4 million m³⁾ of capacity, 790,000 pallet positions and 900 employees. Kloosterboer is recognized by Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) as a sustainable cold-storage operation. Kloosterboer’s network includes nearly 18,000 solar panels, four wind turbines that power operations such as heavy-lift equipment.
