Developer Selects San Antonio for Cold-Storage Facility

Developer Cold Creek Solutions (CCS) will build a roughly 350,000 ft² cold-storage facility in San Antonio. CCS anticipates breaking ground in the fall so that the facility will be ready for operation in late 2022.

The facility will provide storage for 45,000 pallets of frozen or refrigerated products upon completion. Designed by Arco National Construction, it will allow for a large-scale or multi-operator build-out.

CCS’s first Texas project, a 374,560 ft² cold-storage facility in Denton, is scheduled to be completed in June 2022.
