Germany’s EnviroChemie acquired Dublin-based IWM, which specializes in cooling tower, steam boiler and water hygiene services, including Legionella control and water chemicals supply.

IWM offers consulting, laboratory analyses, on-site service and training to customers in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

The acquisition of IWM expands EnviroChemie’s range of products to include water chemicals for process and wastewater treatment plants, says the company. It also gives EnviroChemie a permanent presence in Ireland and extends IWM’s access to pharmaceutical customers to EnviroChemie.
