Arco broke ground on a 374,560 ft² cold-storage facility for Cold Creek Solutions in Denton, Texas.

The facility will include a convertible freezer designed to accommodate a range of temperature requirements from -20 to 50°F (-28 to 10°C), resulting in increased marketability to freezer, cooler, process and dry space users. It will also include an ammonia refrigeration system with a central computer system. Cold Creek Solutions has already received a lease commitment for almost half of the building from Southwest Warehouse Services.
