American Refrigeration Company Acquires Global Mechanical

American Refrigeration Company (ARC), an industrial mission-critical mechanical services company in New England, acquired Global Mechanical Inc.

ARC serves more than 500 clients across the northeast region of the United States in the food and beverage, cold storage, pharmaceutical and process industries. The Wilmington, Mass.-based company provides services and maintenance for the operations of food processors, cold-storage facilities, industrial refrigeration infrastructure and supply-chain links.

Newburyport, Mass.-based Global Mechanical provides mechanical services – including refrigeration – to businesses in markets spanning industrial, food services, hospitality and institutional.
