Emergent Cold Latin America, a temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics provider, acquired Brazil’s Martini Meat S.A. The acquisition adds four cold-storage facilities to Emergent LatAm’s regional network.

A large cold-storage operator in Latin America, Martini Meat has facilities throughout the States of Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Its network consists of 74,000 pallet positions, approximately 742,700 ft² (69,000 m²) of storage capacity and more than 400 employees.
