Cold-Storage Warehouse Planned for New Mexico

Artico Cold Management will invest $30 million to locate the first in its chain of refrigerated warehouses in Las Cruces, N.M. The project is expected to create 60 jobs, according to a report.

The 20,000 ft² cold-storage facility will take 12-18 months to complete, and it is expected to open in September 2023 at the Las Cruces Innovation and Industrial Park. Artico Cold Management selected Las Cruces because of its agricultural economy and proximity to Mexico.
