Cold Creek Solutions Develops, Sells 2 Cold-Storage Facilities

Cold Creek Solutions, a developer of industrial cold-storage buildings, developed and sold two new fully convertible cold-storage facilities totaling more than 700,000 ft² in Denton and San Antonio, Texas.

The facilities provide Texas with temperature-controlled space along the I-35 corridor. Cold Creek Solutions broke ground on the first facility in Denton in late summer 2021 followed by the San Antonio facility in early 2022.

Cold Creek Solutions, which partnered with design-build general contractor Arco National Construction on both projects, is currently planning more facilities in multiple markets across the United States.
