FlexCold Doubling Capacity in Jacksonville

FlexCold will more than double the size of its North Jacksonville cold-storage facility at a project cost of $19.6 million. The company announced the opening of Phase 1 of the 150,000 ft² warehouse in October 2022.

According to a report, FlexCold said the expansion will add 171,583 ft² and create 40 full-time jobs. Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2023 with completion estimated in summer 2024.
