Glen Dimplex Group Invests in Werner Finley

Ireland-based Glen Dimplex Group announced a strategic investment in Werner Finley, a provider of precision cooling solutions based in India. The deal strengthens the Glen Dimplex Precision Cooling division and expands its global presence, says the company.

“We have set ourselves the goal of becoming an international technology and quality leader for sustainable solutions in the field of cooling technology. The investment in Werner Finley brings us a step closer to this goal,” said Clemens Dereschkewitz, CEO of the Glen Dimplex Precision Cooling division.

The Glen Dimplex Precision Cooling division produces sustainable cooling solutions for machines and processes for industrial applications. It includes Dimplex Thermal Solutions in Kalamazoo, Mich.; Glen Dimplex Deutschland in Kulmbach, Germany; and Glen Dimplex China in Shenyang, China.
